Mr. Myers is Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing, responsible for leading Shape �Ӱ�ԭ��’ global manufacturing footprint, strategy, quality, procurement, continuous improvement, and supply chain. A proven transformation leader, he brings deep expertise in scaling operations, building and launching new facilities, leading turnarounds, and developing high-performing teams across complex operating environments.

Mr. Myers brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies, private-equity backed organizations, and high-growth startups, including Meridian Bioscience, Luxottica, Teespring, and Sara Lee. His experience spans medical device, consumer products, packaging, apparel, e-commerce, commercial equipment, and food and beverage.

Mr. Myers holds an MBA in General Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and International Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
