Mr. LaDuca is the Chief Executive Officer of Shape ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ. He is responsible for the overall vision & strategy, operational initiatives, supporting global business development and guiding M&A activity.  An accomplished leader with a strong background in finance, operations and business development, Mr. LaDuca is a results-oriented individual with a track record of growth and profitability within the private sector. Continuously ensuring a winning culture through collaboration, accountability and strategic stability.

Mr. LaDuca brings over 25 years of experience and has been with Shape ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ for 7 years, having joined through the acquisition of Tech-Con Automation in 2015. Prior to Shape ÐÓ°ÉÔ­°æ and Tech-Con Automation, Mr. LaDuca spent time with KPMG, SunOpta and Wheelabrator.

Mr. LaDuca is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds an Honors Bachelors  Commerce Degree from Laurentian University.
